We accept exchanges within 14 days of your delivery only if the items are not used, and in it’s original conditions. You must return the item in it’s original box with the hygiene protection sticker and the receipt or proof of purchase. We do reserve the right to refuse you’re exchange if these conditions are not respected.
We do not support shipping cost for exchanges or returns, those must be at your own regard. We are also not responsible for any shipping losses, so we advise you to ship in a registered way.
To make a return, you should contact us first. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you you bought a customized piece, we cannot exchange your item, so please, check the size guide before any purchase and if have any doubt, contact us.
We cannot accept returns on a gift card.
You'll be notified once we’ve received your return and will notify you. If your return was approved you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please, be aware that might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
